Keane’s “Hopes and Fears” Celebrated in New Book and Acoustic Show – 28th November to 1st December on Denmark St.

Two decades after Keane’s debut album Hopes and Fears took the music world by storm, the band is inviting fans to relive the journey with a new hardback release, Hopes and Fears: Lyrics and History. Published on 28th November 2024, the book offers a deep dive into the album’s legacy.

Packed with full lyrics, rare B-sides, notebook scans, and unseen photographs, it also features personal reflections from the band members. This beautifully designed book offers fans a window into the stories behind their beloved songs and the making of an album that defined a generation.

To mark the release, a special pop-up event will be held at 25 Denmark Street from Thursday, 28th November to Sunday, 1st December. Fans can explore exclusive merchandise, including the new book, music, and fresh releases from the Keane20 tour collection. The pop-up will also display a limited series of Keane20 prints by official photographer Jon Stone, capturing moments from the road over the past year.

For those wanting to experience something truly special, the band will take to the stage for an intimate acoustic performance and book signing on Friday, 29th November at The Forge—formerly the 12 Bar Club—where Keane made their early mark in 2002. Fans who pre-order the book by 23:59 GMT on the 6th November will be entered into a ballot to win two tickets to this exclusive event.
