Venna’s recent collaboration with Knucks on the Top Three album ‘Alpha Place’ has thrust him into the limelight, but this is no overnight success story. Venna has been honing his craft, laying down stirring sax sounds for Grammy-winning albums like Burna Boy’s ‘Twice As Tall’ and featuring on tracks with the likes of Wizkid and Beyonce.

Venna’s inspiration comes from the world around him. From the picturesque scenes of the US West Coast to the bustling streets of London, he gathers his thoughts and translates them into music. Working with Burna Boy and P2J on ‘African Giant’ and ‘Twice As Tall’ was a cool experience, says Venna. He’s also been working with Knucks since he was 16, and the two have a strong creative connection. Venna executively produced Knucks’ new album, ‘Alpha Place’, a unique blend of UK drill and jazz that debuted at #3 in the UK Albums Chart.

Venna is a fan of nostalgia, and if he could go back in time, he’d love to experience the era of John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Charlie Parker, or the Biggie/Diddy era in New York. But for now, he’s focused on the present and the future. He’s touring with Yussef Dayes, working on his next project, and continuing to make music that touches people’s hearts.
